Who pays for customs?
Buyers always pay all customs fees, additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

RETURN POLICY FOR ALL MY CUSTOMERS. WORLDWIDE:
1) Buyer has 14 days since from the delivery day to return the item (buyer pays all return shipping fees).
2) Import duties, taxes, customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Buyer must pay all import duties and customs fees with no exceptions.
3) New items must be returned in original, unused, untampered condition. Any return for a refund will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Restocking fee will be applied per seller discretion.
4) Disclaimer Regarding Refused and Returned Shipments. I strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction with all my sales. At the same time, I would like to deal with responsible individuals. In a likely scenario when my shipment is Refused to be received and Sent back, or/and when Shipment sent back by Shipping company due to not being picked up in provided time frame - I would have to deduct shipping expenses from the original paid amount. This means you will not receive a full refund upon returning refused shipment back to my warehouse. I hate to do this, but Refused and Returning shipments are very damaging for my business. Please, be responsible and pick up your shipments from your local PO on time.
